Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams Green peas
  • 250 grams Paneer or cottage cheese
  • 2 tomatoes (medium sized) Tomatoes
  • 4 (medium sized) Onion
  • 7 to 8 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cardamom Black Cardamom
  • 2 pieces Clove
  • 1 inch Cinnamon
  • 1 to 2 pieces Black pepper
  • 3 to 4 Green chillies
  • 1/2 tablespoon Turmeric
  • Salt
  • 2 pinch Red chilli powder
  • Refined oil as per requirements
  • 4 tablespoon Desi ghee
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
  • Coriander leaves- for Garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Boiling the veggies helps in restoring the colours of the veggies.
  • Blend the puree well.
  • Don't add excess water to the greavy. It will spoil it's texture.
  • Tossing the paneer gives them a better texture and prevents it from breaking.
